The PHN Tower (also: Skysawa and formerly City Tower ) is a high-rise in Warsaw's inner city district under construction. It is named after the client , Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN). A building complex of three buildings of different heights is marketed under the term. The ensemble is located at a Warsaw traffic junction, the Rondo ONZ roundabout , where the streets Ulica Świętokrzyska or Ulica Prosta and Aleja Jana Pawła II intersect. The address will be Świętokrzyska 36 .

The three-part building ensemble will be erected instead of a ten-story residential and commercial building from the 1960s, which was demolished in 2018. The project for the PHN Tower comes from the architecture studio Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury . Colliers International is responsible for marketing . Construction began at the beginning of 2019 and should be completed with the completion of the high-rise in 2024 Template: future / in 4 years.

The first office building under construction will have nine floors and a floor space of 11,000 square meters. It should be completed by 2021. With 40 floors, the high-rise will reach a height of 150 meters (roof) and 155 meters (superstructure). The total usable area will be 65,000 square meters, of which 36,500 square meters will be office space. A hotel is to be opened in one of the buildings. The complex is to be BREEAM certified. The total cost should be around 480 million zloty .
