The Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is a Polish real estate company based in Warsaw . The holding structure was created on March 25, 2011 as a result of the merger of several state-owned real estate owners. PHN has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 13, 2013 . The holding company controls 15 - mostly regionally active - subsidiaries.

PHN is active in project development , as an investor (PHN also acquires existing properties) and in real estate management. The company's real estate portfolio consists of around 140 properties valued at around 2.5 billion zlotys . The group's activities mainly concern the cities of Warsaw, Łódź , Poznań , Wroclaw and Trójmiasto .

In Warsaw, the Intraco skyscraper and two modern office buildings in Miasteczko Wilanów are owned by PHN , along with many others . One of the high-rise office buildings under construction is the PHN Tower .
