The Potsdam Latest News (PNN) is one of the two daily newspapers based in the state capital Potsdam . They belong to Dieter von Holtzbrinck Medien GmbH and get their national pages (the " coat ") partly from the Berliner Tagesspiegel , whose layout PNN also uses. The paper achieved a sold circulation of 8,276 copies in 2015 and is thus behind the Märkische Allgemeine Zeitung .

The PNN was founded in 1951 under the name Brandenburgische Latest Nachrichten as an organ of the GDR block party NDPD for the state of Brandenburg , or the later districts of Potsdam , Frankfurt (Oder) and Cottbus , and received its current name after the political change in the GDR .
Until the end of 2019, the PNN also included Potsdam am Sonntag , which is published weekly on Sundays . As a free advertising paper , it was distributed to all households on Sundays. There are also various special papers, such as Potsdam Tips, FiPS.
Edition
The sold circulation of Potsdamer Neuesten Nachrichten was 8,276 copies in the second quarter of 2015, the time of the last separate report to the IVW . Since then, the circulation has only been shown together with the much larger daily mirror .
