Pacific Flier was a Palauian airline based in Koror and based at Roman Tmetuchl International Airport .

history

Pacific Flier was founded in 2009 and originally wanted to build a route network in the Pacific with a leased Boeing 737. These plans were quickly discarded and the start of operations with an A310-300 from Palau to Tokyo-Narita and Angeles City near Manila was set for January 15, 2010 . However, operations did not start as planned and a few months later, on April 28, 2010, a new start was also made with an A310-300 but with a different network: instead of Tokyo, Brisbane and Guam were now connected to Palau. From Koror onwards, this route network included the airports of Angeles City (near Manila), Guam, Brisbane and Gold Coast in Australia. Pacific Flier means "Pacific Flier". However, this start attempt was also canceled after a short period of operation. A restart was then set for September 2010, but this was not noticed.

The only aircraft, an Airbus A310-300, was leased from the Portuguese company HiFly . The aircraft had a two-class system with an economy class and twelve business class seats that can be placed in the horizontal position. The Airbus was serviced in Brisbane and was optically provided with a mixed painting that carried even larger parts of the previous operator Oman Air.

fleet

As of June 2010, the Pacific Flier fleet consisted of an Airbus A310-300 operated by HiFly .
