The Packard Stream is a glacial stream in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victoria Valley, it flows south from the Packard Glacier to the Kite Stream . The creek is 5 km northeast of Lake Vida and 8 km southwest of the Lower Victoria Glacier .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2014 based on the glacier that feeds it. Its namesake is the New Zealand biologist Andrew Packard (* 1929), between 1957 and 1958 a member of the New Zealand team on the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958).
