The Packer Lake (also known as Chalupa Lake or Peters Reservoir ) is a reservoir in Goshen County in the US state of Wyoming .

It is located directly on the state border with Nebraska or 2.5 kilometers southwest of Lyman . The lake is connected to Horse Creek , a tributary of the North Platte River , by Packer Ditch , and its area is approximately 32 acres. The average depth is approx. 1 meter, the maximum depth a good 3 meters.
