Lobsang Tendzin Geleg Namgyel ( Tib . : blo bzang bstan 'dzin dge legs rnam rgyal; Chinese 帕巴拉 • 格列朗杰 , Pinyin Pabala Gelie Langjie ; * 1939 in Litang ) has been the 11th Chamdo Phagpa Lha der Gelug since 1942 - School of Tibetan Buddhism . In 2008 he was vice chairman of the 11th Political Consultative Conference of the Chinese People (CPPCC) in Beijing .
