Pagonis Pagonakis
Pagonis Pagonakis (* 1972 ) is a journalist, author, director and lecturer at the Institute for Media and Cultural Studies at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf .
Pagonakis is the director of numerous films and works for ARD, ZDF and ARTE and has received several awards. The documentary Günter Wallraff: Black on White. A journey through Germany , of which he is the director, was broadcast by WDR and Arte and is available as a cinema documentary.

- 2011: Gold World Medal, The New York Festivals World's Best Television & Films, Section: Investigative Report
Pagonikis was also nominated for the Adolf Grimme Prize (2005 and 2008), the German Civis Television Prize (2006) and the Prix Europa (2006).
