Pak Hyon-suk (born August 4, 1985 ) is a North Korean weightlifter .

Career

Pak Hyon-suk celebrated her greatest success so far at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , where she won the gold medal in the weight class up to 63 kg with a total performance of 241 kg. She also competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics where she finished sixth with 217.5 kg. For North Korea she also won the bronze medal at the 2007 World Cup with 240 kg.
