Pam Fletcher (born January 30, 1963 in Acton , Massachusetts ) is a former American ski racer .

Fletcher won a downhill race in her career , and on March 15, 1986 she was victorious in Vail (USA). She also achieved three third places, once in the Super-G and twice in the Downhill.
When entering for the Olympic downhill run planned for February 18, 1988 in Nakiska , where she had start no. 1, she collided with a piste folder and broke the top bone of her right lower leg.
