Panóias is a place and a municipality ( Freguesia ) in Portugal in the district of Ourique in the Baixo Alentejo with 110.5 km² and 496 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The population density is 4.5 inhabitants per km². The Panóias train station was closed in the 1980s. The place is on the Linha do Alentejo .
