Paolo Heusch
Paolo Heusch (born February 26, 1924 in Rome , † October 16, 1982 there ) was an Italian film director .
Life
Heusch began working for film production immediately after the Second World War ; first as an editor, then as assistant director and short film director . His feature film debut was the first Italian science fiction film La morte viene dallo spazio (from 1958), which was followed by some interesting but also a number of uninspired works. He filmed Un uomo facile based on a script by Fausto Tozzi , made a horror film based on the model of the Hammer films (under the pseudonym Richard Benson ) and, based on a novel by Pier Paolo Pasolini, directed Una vita violenta in 1962 . He worked three times with Totò . After 1970 he worked in various roles for rental, casting and sales.
