Papa Khalilou case

Papa Khalilou Fall (born October 27, 1947 in Saint-Louis ) was Senegalese ambassador to the People's Republic of China .

Life

Fall had a longer military career, during which he led, among other things, several missions abroad. From August 19, 2003 to June 1, 2006 he was Chef d'État-major général des armées (CEMGA), a kind of chief of staff and commander in chief of the Senegalese armed forces.

At the beginning of June 2006 he was appointed ambassador to China. By resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Senegalese government on December 6, 2012, he was now 65 years old and replaced in this function by General Abdoulaye Fall , who had already succeeded him in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief.
