The (also) Papet Vaudois [pa.pɛ vo.dwa] is a traditional stew of Vaud kitchen where leeks and potatoes in white wine (mostly Chasselas be quite cooked) longer over low heat time and refines the end with cream. Vaudois saucisson , saucisse aux choux (Vaudois cabbage sausage ) and / or boutefas are served with the vegetables .

The Papet Vaudois is included on the list of cultural assets of the canton of Vaud as an intangible cultural asset. The Vaud Butchers Association has been organizing the Journée Papet Vaudois on the 1st Friday in October since 2009 .
