The building at Parkstrasse 24 in the Schwanthalerhöhe district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1887. The tenement is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

The four-storey mansard hipped roof building in the neo-renaissance style was built according to plans by architects Alois Barbist and Anton Spenger. The richly structured facade decoration with a corner attachment comes from Georg Müller. The house with the side wing has two apartments per floor.
