The Workers' Party of America ( English American Party of Labor ) is founded in 2008, American Communist Party.

history

The Labor Party had its origins in the activities of the American communists Jack Shulman and William Z. Foster , as well as the British Marxist-Leninist Bill Bland . Many members of the party had previously been active in various communist organizations. Today's PdAA sees its task in maintaining and continuing the work of Shulman and Bland. It has ties to a number of foreign communist parties. In November 2018, the XXIV Plenum of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations granted the PdAA observer status.

activities

The party has organized several demonstrations in the past , such as against Chrysi Avgi in Chicago in 2013 . In July 2017, 2018 and 2019 she attended international seminars of the Communist Party of Ecuador on the problems of the revolution in Latin America in Quito , the capital of Ecuador . On February 15, 2019, the PdAA took part in a protest against regime change in Venezuela . In November 2019 she supported the re-establishment of the National Alliance against Racist and Political Repression .
