Partido Liberal Nacionalista

The Partido Liberal Nacionalista was the liberal party in Nicaragua from 1928 to 1979 . When the Somoza clan came to power , it became the party of Somozism . In 1928 the Partido Liberal became the Partido Liberal Nacionalista .

The Partido Liberal Constitucionalista was founded as a somocisitic party in 1990 as the successor organization to the Partido Liberal Nacionalista .
