Pascal Wolter (born March 11, 1975 in Düsseldorf ) is a German badminton player at the OSC Düsseldorf . He starts in parabadminton in the starting class SL3 in singles and doubles.

Athletic career

In 2001 Wolter achieved a bronze medal in doubles at the Badminton World Cup for the disabled in Cordoba . At the following World Championships in Cardiff in 2003 , in Hsinchu in 2005 and in Bangkok in 2007 , he was each world champion in individual. Wolter has successfully participated in European championships since the 2004 European Badminton Championships for the disabled in Tilburg . In 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2012 he was European champion in singles and doubles. In 2018 he was successful in doubles with Jan-Niklas Pott at the EM in Rodez and won a bronze medal in singles. Wolter is aiming to take part in the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo , which will feature badminton competitions for the first time.
