The Paterberg is an 80 m high elevation belonging to the municipality of Kluisbergen in the Belgian province of East Flanders . With its cobblestone ascent, which is under monument protection, the hill has been an integral part of the classic cycling tour of Flanders since 1986 . Since 2012, this 400 m long cobblestone road, which is up to 20% steep, has been the last ascent of the Tour of Flanders before the finish in Oudenaarde . The Paterberg is also crossed in the E3 Prize Flanders and in Quer durch Flanders .
