Patrick Mahler
Patrick Mahler (born December 18, 1982 in Vordemwald ) is a Swiss chef .
Life
After completing his apprenticeship, Mahler moved to the Lampart’s restaurant in Hägendorf in 2009 (two Michelin stars ) and in 2010 to the Ecco restaurant in the Hotel Giardino in Ascona (two Michelin stars from 2011). He has been cooking at the Park Hotel Vitznau in Vitznau since 2013 .
In 2015 he became chef de cuisine at the Prisma restaurant , which was awarded a Michelin star. Since 2018 he has been the head chef at the focus restaurant , which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2019.
