Patrick Schönbach

Patrick Schönbach (* 1971 ) is a German musicologist , composer and sound engineer .

Schönbach studied musicology at the University of Würzburg with Wolfgang Osthoff , Martin Just and Ulrich Konrad and music theory at the University of Music Würzburg with Ulrich Schultheiss . He received decisive suggestions from Zsolt Gárdonyi . He completed his training as a certified audio engineer. In 2017 he won the “500 Years of Reformation” composition competition for his Fantasia for Organ on the chorale “A strong castle is our God”.
