Patrick Seletzky (born September 6, 1986 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor . He received his training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna.

Life

Patrick Seletzky grew up with his mother in Vienna, while his father lived in Himberg. He went to the Piarist elementary school. He then switched to the then still pure boys' grammar school of the Benedictine monastery, the "Schottengymnasium". After another four years he switched to the Protestant grammar school and Werkschulheim, where he also trained as a goldsmith apprentice. In 2006 he graduated from school with his Matura .

Patrick Seletzky then served nine months in the Austrian Armed Forces .

Career

In 2007 Seletzky was accepted at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. Here he had lessons from Karlheinz Hackl , Rosee Riggs , Artak Grigorjan and Klaus Maria Brandauer, among others . Patrick Seletzky took part in some productions, for example Peer Gynt (Mads Moen, the Trollbaby, the Skinny) or Was ihr wollt (Malvolio).

In 2012 he completed his studies with a “Magister artium”.

After four years at the Max Reinhardt Seminar, he played at various theaters, including at the Schauspielhaus Graz in the play "The Golden Dragon" by Roland Schimmelpfennig , directed by Sarantos Zervoulakos .

Since summer 2012 he has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Landestheater Tübingen .

Since September 2016 he has been a member of the Theater in der Josefstadt
