Patterns of Evidence: Exodus is a 2014 American documentary directed by Timothey P. Mahoney . Mahoney also leads through the film as an interviewer. The film tries to show that the biblical story of the exodus of the Hebrew slaves from Egypt at the beginning of the New Kingdom of Egypt really happened. The film was released for the first time in January 2015.

Tim Mahoney raises the question in the film whether the Bible is just a myth or possibly the archaeologists were wrong. He deliberately approaches this problem scientifically and has researched it for twelve years. The film describes numerous finds, including archaeological finds of evidence of Hebrew settlement in ancient Egypt and recent historical discoveries regarding the timeline of the events of the Exodus as well as contemporary events in ancient Egypt. He also describes some existing artifacts and documents from ancient Egypt that have been the subject of controversy among experts for several years. The film shows numerous interviews with archaeologists, historians and biblical researchers.
