The Paul Islands are a group of islands in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . They extend northwest of Quinton Point over a length of 5 km off the northwest coast of Anvers Island .

The German polar explorer Eduard Dallmann discovered and named it during his Antarctic expedition (1873–1874) the Groenland . The further naming background has not been passed down.
