Paul-Marie Joseph André Guillaume (born October 31, 1929 in Dunkerque , Nord Département , France ) is Bishop Emeritus of Saint-Dié .

Life

The bishop emeritus of Saint-Dié , Emile-Arsène Blanchet , ordained him on April 9, 1955 as a priest .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Saint-Dié on October 29, 1984. He was ordained episcopal on December 9th of the same year by the Bishop of Lille , Jean Vilnet ; Co- consecrators were Géry Leuliet , Bishop of Amiens and Jean Albert Marie Auguste Bernard , Bishop of Nancy-Toul .

On December 14, 2005, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation request submitted for reasons of age.
