Paul Deliège

Paul Deliège (* 21st January 1931 in Olne , † 7. July 2005 in Liege ) was a Belgian Funny - cartoonist and author.

Paul Deliège joined Spirou magazine in 1958 . After a few smaller comic stories, he started the series Bobo, the Escape King , together with Maurice Rosy, from 1961 , which he finally drew up to retirement age. His other works also include the gag comics Smutje ( Cabanon ) and Inspector Grips ( Superdingue ), followed in 1968 by the series Die Gifticks ( Les Krostons ), which he gave up in favor of Bobos . From 1968 he worked as a copywriter for the series Kleiner Kaktus ( Petit-Cactus , drawn by Salvérius ) and Trapper Sam ( Sam et l'ours ), followed in 1972 by episodes from Raymond Macherot's series Sibylline .
