Paul Eder von Kainbach

Paul Eder von Kainbach (* in Stainz ; † 1638 near Rheinfelden ) was an Austrian nobleman and imperial lieutenant colonel . He was a younger brother of Andreas Eder von Kainbach .

Paul Eder von Kainbach and his brothers were awarded a coat of arms in 1604. At the request of his brother, the court pfennig master Andreas Eder, he received a scholarship in 1612 . He studied in Vienna and Siena until 1616. He then embarked on a military career and served in the Imperial Army in the Alt-Pappenheim regiment during the Thirty Years' War , where he rose to lieutenant colonel. He fell during the siege of Rheinfelden in 1638 . His inheritance fell to his brother Thomas Eder's sons .
