Paul Eising

Paul Eising (born April 13, 1913 in Coesfeld ; † April 27, 2001 in Rüsselsheim ) was a German local politician and from 1959 ministerial director in the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Interior .

Life

After attending school, he completed a law degree . The first and second state examinations followed. In 1937 he received his doctorate in law from the law and political science faculty of the University of Münster with a thesis on tax law. He was married and had five children.

From 1949 to 1951 he was city ​​director of the city of Warendorf , from 1952 to 1955 senior district director of the district of Warendorf and from 1955 to 1959 senior district director of the district of Münster . From 1959 he was finally ministerial director in the Ministry of the Interior (municipal department). He retired in 1977.
