Paul Emile Leboulengé

Paul Emile Leboulengé (born March 11, 1832 in Mesnil-Église , Province of Namur , †  1901 ) was a Belgian staff officer and inventor .

Leboulengé is known for his inventions in the field of ballistics . Its chronograph (chronoscope) was introduced in all contemporary artillery . He also constructed an acoustic range finder .
