Paul Felske
Paul Felske (born January 28, 1838 in Hochkirch , Briesen district ; † December 16, 1914 in Marienburg , West Prussia ) was the author of the West Prussian song .
Life
Felske grew up with seven brothers and a sister. His siblings all learned a trade, but he was able to complete training as a teacher. He got a job in Kalthof near Marienburg, which he held for 50 years until his retirement. Then he moved to Marienburg.
Paul Felske was married to Luise Lellis. He died with no descendants and was buried in the Evangelical Jerusalem cemetery.
