Paul Frankeur

Paul Frankeur (born June 29, 1905 in Paris , † October 27, 1974 in Nevers ) was a French actor .

Life

Paul Frankeur's artistic career began as a cabaret artist. From the beginning of the 1940s, Frankeur appeared in the cinema. He was one of the busiest film actors of his generation in France and starred several times with Jean Gabin . Among the last films in which he appeared, a few productions by director Luis Buñuel are particularly significant.
