reviews
In 1955, the Catholic film service accused the film of depicting life in a more vile way than it is and, without any distancing irony, only showing morally ambivalent characters, none of whom any longer represent the good. “Unfortunately, this film takes itself seriously, at least too seriously not to be taken as a possible reflection of life by German film visitors. So you have to warn many about it, even though, unlike others of its genre, it suppresses all erotic special effects. ”In 2005, Collin said in the guide of the film that the crime thriller was skilfully done, but never really took off because of conventional plot situations.
