Paul Heyeres (born May 30, 1946 in Aachen ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper .

Paul Heyeres is a trained machine fitter . The goalkeeper was not used in his first season at 1. FC Köln under coach Willi Multhaup . When Hans Merkle took over the helm in Cologne in 1968 , Heyeres was used a total of 28 times, with the billy goalkeepers often changing goalkeepers this season - partly due to injuries: Rolf Birkhölzer also got his chances, while Milutin Šoškić suffered two broken legs and hardly played could. In 1969 Heyeres left FC and completely disappeared from German professional football. In January 1970 Heyeres was reamateurised and joined the then national division Rhenania Rothe Erde Aachen. After his active time in professional football, Heyeres was the tenant of a bar (Hansa-Eck restaurant) at the Ponttor in Aachen. In the 1970s he was still playing for VfB Friedrichshafen .
