Paul Hoffmann (theologian)
Paul Hoffmann (born February 14, 1933 in Brno , today Brno) is a German Roman Catholic theologian .
Life
Hoffmann studied Roman Catholic theology and was promoted to Dr. theol. PhD. After his habilitation (1968) he worked as a professor for exegesis of the New Testament at the University of Bamberg , from 1970 as an associate professor, from 1973 until his retirement in 2000 as a full professor.
