Paul Hofmeister

Paul Hofmeister (born June 24, 1875 in Rottenburg am Neckar , † July 23, 1957 ) was a Württemberg chief bailiff .

Life

Paul Hofmeister graduated from high school in Ehingen in 1894 . From 1894 to 1898 he studied in Tübingen Jura . He joined the Catholic association Alamannia Tübingen . In 1899 he passed the higher administrative service examination and in 1901 the higher judicial service examination. In 1901 Paul Hofmeister joined the internal administration of Württemberg. From 1909 to 1918 he was a magistrate in Göppingen, Aalen and Cannstatt. After a short time as administrative administrator in Oberndorf and Maulbronn, he was appointed senior officer at the Neresheim district office in 1920 and at the Tettnang district office in 1921 . In 1937 Hofmeister went into early retirement.
