Paul Kolbach

Paul Kolbach (born November 13, 1894 in Kapellen, Luxembourg ; † March 18, 1974 ) was a Luxembourg brewing scientist .

Life

From 1920 to 1963 he worked as a scientist for the Experimental and Training Institute for Brewing (VLB) in Berlin and, as head of the brewery technology department, was engaged in research, teaching and advice on everything to do with beer . On April 1, 1932, he took over the editing of the Wochenschrift für Brauerei , the scientific body of the VLB as the successor to Wilhelm Windisch (1860-1944). Honors
