Paul Kuhn (born January 10, 1920 in Romanshorn , † September 26, 2002 in Dozwil ) was a Swiss gardener, teacher of the Coué method and founder of the St. Michaelsvereinigung .

Life

In the 1960s, Kuhn was a member of the Coué movement, a group that, based on the French pharmacist Émile Coué, strives for a positive lifestyle through autosuggestion . In the course of this activity, Kuhn met Maria Gallati (deceased in 1988) from Rorschacherberg , who fell into a kind of ecstatic state during joint relaxation exercises and through whose mouth supposedly otherworldly beings, especially the Holy Archangel Michael, manifested. This is how the «St. Michaelsvereinigung ”, which took its seat in Dozwil in Thurgau and established a center there. This group quickly received growth from various circles.

The St. Michaelsvereinigung became famous in 1988, when after the death of Maria Gallati, who received angelic messages as "God's tool", the sensational press brought alleged end-time messages to the public and thus caused a commotion on May 8, 1988 (Mother's Day) in Dozwil subsequent processes attracted attention.
