Paul Schwesig (born July 26, 1985 in Berlin ) is a German actor and theater director .

biography

Paul Schwesig graduated from high school in Berlin and studied acting . He then began studying biology and chemistry in Regensburg , which he ended prematurely to devote himself to the theater. From 2008 to 2010 Paul Schwesig was a permanent member of the Volksbühne Regensburg ensemble. In 2010 he went back to Berlin, where he worked with the director Nurkan Erpulat , in whose production "Clash" Paul Schwesig works as an actor at the Deutsches Theater Berlin . In 2011 she was invited to the Theatertreffen der Jugend . Schwesig recently worked with the Norwegian / German artist duo Vegard Vinge and Ida Müller in their production of "John Gabriel Borkman" by Henrik Ibsen at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, which was invited to the 2012 Berlin Theatertreffen . Since 2010 he has also worked as a freelance director in the off-theater scene.
