Paul Toppo
Paul Toppo (born June 30, 1957 in Simdega , Jharkhand ) is an Indian Roman Catholic bishop .
Toppo was born on 24 May 1988 in Darupisa priest ordained and was followed as such in the diocese of Raigarh operates. When Victor Kindo , who had been bishop of Raigarh since 1985, became the first bishop of the newly established diocese of Jashpur in March 2006, Toppo was immediately appointed on March 23, 2006 as the new bishop of Raigarh. His episcopal ordination took place on May 24, 2006. Before his appointment as bishop, Toppo was vicar general of the diocese.
