Paula Kleinmann , called Oma Kleinmann , (born August 27, 1914 in Ostinghausen ; † November 29, 2009 in Cologne ) was a German innkeeper with cult status in Cologne.

In 1941, the native Westphalian and trained cook Paula Kleinmann came to Cologne. There she and her second husband Willi Kleinmann opened the restaurant “Der Goldene Krug” on Zülpicher Strasse in Cologne's “ Kwartier Latäng ” in 1949 . Due to its proximity to the University of Cologne , the restaurant developed into a popular meeting place for students, celebrities and neighbors. The landlady became a local celebrity and was considered the "epitome of the Cologne-Catholic Westphalian".

In 1979 Kleinmann appeared on the WDR broadcast Kölner Treff and became known nationwide. In 1999 the restaurant was officially christened “Bei Oma Kleinmann's” after it had been popularly known for decades. In 2001 she received the Gastro Award for her life's work from Alfred Biolek . Until a few weeks before her death, Paula Kleinmann was still peeling the potatoes for the restaurant that she had meanwhile leased.

On August 31, 2015, the new street sign for Paula-Kleinmann-Weg was unveiled posthumously in Cologne . The path that connects the Luxemburger with the Kerpener Straße has so far been named after the medical officer Alfons Stauder . It leads past the green belt and is mainly used by students on their way to university .
