Paulo Rangel do Nascimento Gomes (born February 4, 1985 in Belém ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Paulo Rangel learned to play football in the youth of Boavista Porto , a club from Portugal based in Porto . Here he signed his first contract in 2003. After several positions at lower class clubs in Portugal, u. a. Varzim SC , FC Maia and AD de Lousada he signed a contract with the Brazilian club ACEC Baraúnas in 2007 . In 2008 he moved to AC e Desportiva Potiguar in Mossoró . In the same year he went to the United Arab Emirates and played for Dibba al-Hisn SC until 2009 . In 2009 he went back to Brazil and joined Santa Cruz FC . In 2012 he signed a contract with Muangthong United , a club that played in the highest Thai league, the Thai Premier League , and in Pak Kret , a northern suburb of the capital Bangkok, via the other stations in São Raimundo EC (PA) and São José EC , is at home. Here he played 24 games and scored 12 goals. In 2013 he was loaned from Muangthong to Perak FA , a club from Malaysia . In 2013 he signed a contract with league rivals Selangor FA . Until 2016 he played in Malaysia. He played for Terengganu FA and Johor Darul Ta'zim FC II from 2014 to 2016. In 2017 he went back to Brazil for a short time, where he joined Londrina EC . In the same year he moved back to Thailand and played for the first division club Nakhon Ratchasima FC until 2018 . Here he scored 16 goals in 31 games. In 2018 he moved back to Malaysia and played for Kedah FA . In 2019 he went back to Brazil, where he signed a contract with Paysandu SC in Belém . Here he played until the end of July 2019. After that, he was without a contract or club. From October to December 2019, he was on the field for Tuna Luso Brasileira , also based in Belém. After three months, he moved to Madureira EC in Rio de Janeiro in January 2020 .
