Pavel Loskutov
Pavel Loskutov (born December 2, 1969 in Valka , Latvian SSR ) is an Estonian long-distance runner .
He holds the national records in the 10 km road race (29:23), in the half marathon (1:03:00, placed as the winner of the Göteborgsvarvet 2001) and in the marathon (2:08:53, placed second in the Paris Marathon 2002).
In 1999 and 2001 he won the Frankfurt Marathon , and at the marathon of the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 , he won the silver medal.
Loskutov has taken part in three Olympic marathons so far, with 26th place at the 2004 Games in Athens as the best result.
