Dsik started in Ruka for the first time in the European Cup in December 2014 and finished 22nd. He made his debut in the World Cup in February 2016 in Minsk , which he finished in 16th place. In the 2016/17 season he won his first European Cup victory in Minsk and finished third in the Aerials discipline at the end of the season. He won the silver medal at the 2017 Junior World Championships in Chiesa in Valmalenco . In the following season he reached fourth place in the Aerials discipline ranking of the European Cup with second place in Airolo and first place in Minsk. At the 2018 Junior World Championships in Minsk, he jumped to fifth place. In the 2019/20 season, he achieved his first podium finishes in the World Cup with third places in Moscow and Almaty and thus finished 11th in the Aerials World Cup.
