Band history

After Pepper gave various concerts in Hawaii, the label Volcom Entertainment showed interest in the band and Pepper released the first album Give'N It under its production , which is considered a peculiar mixture of ska, reggae, punk, dancehall, hip-hop and pop. With the success of Give'N It'After , the band made an appearance on the Warped Tour 2001.

After the extensive tour, Pepper went into the studio with Steve Kravac (who produced Less Than Jake and MxPx ) and recorded the second album Kona Town , which was released in March 2002. With Kona Town , Pepper's style of music began to evolve with added island tones. The song Give It Up was released as a single.

On March 20th, 2007 Pepper released the first compilation To Da Max u. a. with B-sides. Pepper performed at all concerts on the Warped Tour 2007.

In 2008 the band played as support for the American folk-punk band Flogging Molly on their tour.
