Per Axel Eriksson (born April 11, 1925 in Nyhammar , Ludvika , † October 6, 2016 in Uppsala ) was a Swedish decathlete .

In 1948 he was seventh at the Olympic Games in London with 6731 points. At the European Athletics Championships in 1954 in Bern, he broke off the competition after three disciplines.

He was Swedish champion five times (1948, 1953-1956). He set his personal best of 6987 points on August 27, 1950 in Arbrå .

His son Thomas Eriksson was successful as a high and triple jumper.
