Per Halle (born May 6, 1949 in Sandefjord ) is a former Norwegian long-distance runner .

At the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1971, he came over 10,000 m to 29th place.

In 1972 he was fifth over 3000 m at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Grenoble and seventh over 5000 m at the Olympic Games in Munich .

In 1974 he finished 17th at the World Cross Country Championships in Monza . At the European Championships in Rome he did not reach the goal over 10,000 m .

In 1972 he was Norwegian champion over 5000 m and in 1969 Norwegian indoor champion over 3000 m.

His daughter Gunhild Haugen , who he trained, was also successful as a long-distance runner.
