World Cross Country Championships 1974
The second IAAF World Cross Country Championships the IAAF took place on 16th March 1974 at the racetrack of Monza ( Italy instead).
The men started over a distance of 12.0 km, the women over 4.0 km and the juniors over 7.1 km.
The fourth place of Dietmar Millonig in the junior race is the best placement of an Austrian athlete at the cross-country world championships to date.
