Gerd Frähmcke (born September 22, 1950 in Itzehoe ) is a former German obstacle and long-distance runner .

At the World Cross Country Championships in 1973 in Waregem, he came in 56th place.

In 1974 he finished 44th at the Cross Country World Championships in Monza and was seventh over 3000 m obstacle at the European Athletics Championships in Rome . The following year he did not achieve the goal of the 1975 World Cross Country Championship in Rabat.

At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal , he gave up in the run over 3000 m obstacle due to an injury.

Gerd Frähmcke started for the LG Itzehoe.
