Pereschory ( Ukrainian Перешори ; Russian Перешоры ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Odessa Oblast with 120 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in the late 18th century by Moldovan nobles from Bessarabia , is located in the south of Podilsk Rajon and has been part of the newly formed rural community Kujalnyk ( Куяльник ) since 2015 .
The village is located 27 km southeast of the Kujalnyk community center, 30 km southeast of the Podilsk district center and about 170 km northwest of the Odessa oblast center .
Territorial road T-16-39 runs east of the village .
Personalities
- Yevhen Tschykalenko (1861–1929), Ukrainian patron of culture , agronomist, landowner, publisher and publicist was born in the village and maintained a modern estate here.
