Sponsoring association and editorial team

The Scientific Association for Development Theory and Development Policy eV (WVEE) publishes the journal Peripherie . According to its own information, the aim of the association is to “promote the discussion process on development and underdevelopment. Based on different specialist and regional work focuses, the members represent an interdisciplinary discussion context, the forum of which is the magazine PERIPHERIE ”.

Once a year the general assembly takes place as part of an editorial conference, at which the editors are elected. All members of the WVEE are invited to editorial conferences and are also regularly informed about the status of the work. The editorial team works democratically as a collective and is supplemented by a permanent staff.
